Toyota has released the first teaser image for an �all-new US-designed sedan�, which will debut at the New York Auto Show next week.
The sleek sedan hints at a transition away from the traditional sedan shape in favour of a four-door �coupe� style, with Toyota saying the new car features �an elegant yet athletic look�. The design is reminiscent of the Toyota FCV-R concept that was unveiled at the 2011 Tokyo motor show, suggesting the new sharp-edged theme could become a styling characteristic of Toyota�s future sedans.
